Our Mission
Nova Star Care provides provides accommodation, care and support to clients in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas who are currently facing homelessness and need support to regain their independence.
The service works with single people and couples aged 18 and over and families with young children who are in danger of becoming homeless or who are experiencing housing related issues due to unforeseen circumstances. It provides a safe environment to tackle the root cause of issues affecting lives whilst developing the confidence and skills to move into independent living.
The accommodation offered as part of these services are a mixture of single bedrooms with shared living spaces and self contained units in and around London and the South East.
Our Accommodation
Nova-Star Care provides high-quality Supported Accommodation across London and the South East, offering safe and stable homes for individuals in need of housing and support.
We pride ourselves on creating safe spaces where people can rebuild their lives, regain independence, and work towards long-term recovery. Many of our residents are in recovery or reintegrating after experiencing complex and challenging circumstances, including (but not limited to) substance misuse, homelessness, domestic violence, or sexual exploitation. Each person we support comes with their own story, needs, and aspirations — and we tailor our approach to help them move forward with dignity and confidence.
At Nova-Star Care, we believe that a stable home is just the beginning. Real change happens when the right housing is paired with the right support. That’s why we work in partnership with local authorities, community organisations, and professional services to deliver holistic, person-centred support based on individual needs and circumstances.
We are driven by one simple belief: everyone deserves a safe home and a fair chance to thrive. Without that foundation, sustainable change is difficult to achieve — but with the right environment, recovery and renewal become possible.
Our Homes
At Nova-Star Care, we offer a variety of supported accommodation options — from self-contained apartments to larger shared houses — designed to meet a wide range of individual needs.
Each placement is made following a thorough referral and risk assessment process, ensuring that every client is matched with the most suitable property for their circumstances.
We primarily support single males, females, and families, assessing every applicant on their own merits. All placements are carefully planned to promote stability, safety, and harmony for both internal and neighbouring residents.
